Morning classes for dancers

Each class invites you to refine the mechanical understanding of your body and develop tools to build a stronger, more intelligent and more articulate physicality.
The session begins with a 30–45 minute warm up flow drawing from Pilates, functional training, plyometrics, and complementary methodologies designed to enhance coordination, stability, and explosive power.
The second half transitions into a 30–45 minute movement practice, blending improvisational exploration and structured material. Here, we integrate and embody the principles introduced during the warm up phase of class bridging the gap between physical training and dance to ensure the work connects directly to each individual’s movement practice.
