As dancers, it is essential to have the knowledge and resources to properly prepare the body for the demands of the day to day practice. Throughout this series, you will gain a deeper understanding of the structure and reasoning behind each warm up flow and exercise, empowering you to make informed decisions about what your body needs and when. Promoting autonomy and precision in your physical preparation.
Continuing with an hour long warm up flow, focusing on the chosen region, we will further enhance its potential and readiness for the dance practice.
Each session will conclude with a movement class, blending improvisational exploration and structured material where we will integrate and embody the principles covered in the initial chapters of the workshop.
This final segment bridges physical training and dance, reinforcing the connection between knowledge, function, artistic expression and physicality.
